We provide the tools and services to help you create, manage, and optimize your assets, but you’ll retain full ownership and control only after the contract ends. If you choose to move your digital assets after the completion of your contract, we’ll ensure a smooth transition at no extra cost. However, if you wish to transfer your assets before the contract ends, you can discuss this with your dedicated digital officer. After consulting with our business development team, we’ll determine the cost to close your contract early, allowing you to take full ownership of your assets. Our goal is to help you grow and manage your digital assets while ensuring you maintain complete control and ownership.

Yes! You can order as many base products as you like but you can only order one base product for each portfolio/brand. For instance, you cannot order the business brand booster twice for the same business but can order it for another business.

Our primary focus is on subscription-based services, which allow us to provide all our clients with ongoing support, updates, and maintenance of all their digital assets under our care. Card payments are confirmed almost immediately via email. Other payment methods may take longer to confirm. Regardless, you will always get a confirmation email as soon as your order is complete.

Certainly! You can order over the phone as an account will be created for you over the phone; however, you will be required to log into your account to make the necessary payment as we do not process payments over the phone.

You can amend your order within 6 hours of confirmation. After 6 hours, amendments may still be possible, but only if your dedicated digital officer confirms they can be accommodated.

The duration of your contract is clearly outlined on the product page for the service you select. Except for the Jobseeker's Portfolio Booster, which has a 12-month contract, all our subscription plans are for a 24-months period or more. While you have the option to cancel before your contract ends, please note that early cancellation will incur a one-time fee for the remaining months of your contract. Regardless and considering the quality of our service offering, we are confident that you will never want to cancel your contract with us.

Yes, definitely! Our system is set up to automatically continue your subscription after the completion of your contract, so you don’t need to take any action. We will notify you in advance, and you’ll have the option to extend or adjust your plan according to your needs. If you wish to continue without any interruptions, we make the renewal process smooth, ensuring your digital assets remain up-to-date and well-managed. After your contract ends, you can easily transfer your digital assets from us at no additional cost.

Your monthly subscription begins at the end of the first month after you make the payment for the base digital product. The payment for the base digital product covers the initial setup cost, not the subscription fee. Once you've decided on your customized deliverables, we will set up your monthly subscription. Rest assured, you'll start receiving the benefits of your customized services right away, even before your first subscription payment is due.

Once your subscription begins, you won't be able to switch plans. However, you can customize certain deliverables by discussing your preferences with your dedicated design officer. They will assess the possibility of adjustments after consulting with the relevant team.

No, there are no hidden fees or additional costs. The price you see for your base digital product selected is what we charge you and the price you discuss for your customized subscription is what you have decided with us after your strategic portfolio review.
